Hello, my name is Sarra Dellou RVN

I am a fully qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse.

Since I began my career in the Veterinary world I have come across, like many other of my fellow professionals, so many animals that have needed new homes.

Many have been strays but occasionally an owner has requested the euthanasia of a healthy pet because they have felt that for one reason or another they are no longer able to care for that pet. Where an owner is involved I have always obtained consent for re homing.

Unfortunately, the supply of animals often exceeds the demand so I decided to set up this website to help bring potential owners together with animals needing new homes.

I also wanted to give owners that are no longer able to care for their pets the opportunity to advertise and re home their pets when no other option appeared available to them.

We now have many fantastic foster carers for real emergency situations. This has allowed us to place animals in a home environment until we find them a suitable home.

I only started this site in November 2008 but have already rehomed nearly 200 animals. Our long term aim is to build an animal rescue centre where we can continue to grow and have many more success stories.
