Our Solar panels have been manufactured using premium materials to guarantee reliability and durability. Independent assessments verify that the panels and their components conform to European Quality Standards DIN EN 12975

All components are tested under simulated conditions to ensure that they not only comply but exceed all relevant performance and environmental standards. Our Solar collectors are tested in a variety of ways including exposure, heavy rain, internal pressure, thermal performance and ageing !

Our products have achieved the "Solar Keymark" approval, the quality label for Solar Thermal products in Europe. This demonstrates to users and consumers the compliance of products within the requirements of relevant standards.

  • Durable weather resistant self cleaning glass
  • Self supporting collector cages manufactured from non-corroding aluminium
  • Unique serpentine pipe configuration ensuring maximum heating transfer and no air locks
  • Homogenous total copper absorber with high selective "Sun Select" coating
  • Fully sealed aluminium extruded frame which protects internal components from weathering
  • 35mm mineral wool thermal insulation at the rear of the absorber surface
  • 4mm low iron glass which minimises reflection by up to 95%

Typical Solar System Design

Solar Thermal Collectors (or panels) are connected to one of the coils of a twin coil cylinder using a sealed circuit containing a specially formulated Glycol / water solution. This Solution can withstand temperatures as high as 200°C and as low as -25°C.

A pump circulates the heated solution from the Solar collector to the cylinder where the heat is transferred to the stored water through the lower coil.
